Appointment Booking Policy
1. Specifying Barber Preference:
For customers who are new to booking appointments online or have never requested a specific barber before, it is essential to write the name of your preferred barber in the note during the booking process.
This helps our staff to confirm the appointment with the requested barber.
2. Barber Rotation System:
Our barbershop operates on a barber rotation system to ensure fair scheduling and equal distribution of appointments among all barbers. Customers who do not specify a preferred barber name in the note may be assigned to the first available barber in the rotation.
3.Appointment with Specific Barber Policy
Customers booking appointments with a specific barber are expected to arrive early/ on time to honor the barber’s schedule. Late arrivals may inconvenience other customers who have scheduled appointments following yours.
Late arrivals for appointments with a specific barber may result in one of the following:
• Shortened Appointment Time: We have to skip services.: shave, hot towels, massage.
• Assignment to Any Available Barber: If the specific barber already taken a walk in.
Customers who arrive for their appointment after the scheduled time may be assigned to any available barber, regardless of the barber they originally booked with. This ensures that all customers receive timely service and allows barbers to maintain their schedule.

Appointment and Walk-In Policy
1. Appointment Reservation:
Customers are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their desired time slot and barber. Appointments can be made by online detailsrenton.com, phone 2067792002, or in person at the salon reception.
2. Walk-In Availability:
Walk-in customers are welcome and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. If a scheduled appointment slot becomes available due to a no-show, walk-in customers may be offered the opportunity to fill the vacancy.
3. Communication and Flexibility:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, Customers are encouraged to notify the barbershop as soon as possible if they are unable to keep their appointment or if they anticipate being late.
No-Call, No-Show Policy:
If a customer fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling (“no-call, no-show”), their future appointment privileges may be restricted. This means that they will not be allowed to choose a specific barber until the issue is addressed.

Barbers have the right to refuse service to any customer who demonstrates disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. This includes but is not limited to customers who use offensive language, make derogatory remarks, or act in a manner that compromises the safety or well-being of our staff or other clients.
Customers are expected to communicate their preferences and concerns respectfully and constructively during their appointments. Any requests for changes or adjustments to services should be made politely and in consideration of the barber’s expertise and judgment.
Customers are required to comply with all barbershop policies and procedures, including those related to safety, hygiene, and service protocols. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in refusal of service and termination of the appointment.
In the event of a disagreement or misunderstanding between a customer and a barber, both parties are encouraged to communicate openly and respectfully to resolve the issue.
